Eng Hooi's Coaching Experience

 Eng Hooi graduated in 2014 from the World Top 3 Coaching School, Corporate Coach Academy, under the direction of Dr Michael Heah, the father of coaching. 

At first, He began his coaching career by doing pro bono work with friends and limited clients, as well as doing a fair amount of coaching with his sales organisations as a sales trainer. 

When he was working as the head of Organisation development at Samsung Malaysia, he began coaching young talent and managers. Following that, he was chosen to co-lead the coaching project at the group level in Samsung Korea with his global team. He and his team have designed and implemented a series of coaching initiatives and certification programmes for all regional and global leaders. 

Eng Hooi will be recognised as a PCC by the International Coaching Federation in 2020. After writing the book "Building a Sustainable Coaching Culture, A Step By Step Guide to Coaching Culture Implementation," Eng Hooi became a spokeperson for coaching culture, taking into account that he has extensive experience in building an internal coaching programme. 

Eng Hooi was nominated and elected President of Malaysia's largest coaching association, the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches, in 2022, leading a team of 10 executive committee members and 300 members. He then received the Silver Award for "Best Internal Coach 2022" from Coach Awards.

Eng Hooi's client also receives coaching training, executive coaching and group coaching.
